For everything else - questions about the site, corrections to a guide, media or partnership enquiries - email hello@septichelp.com.au. We read everything, and corrections get priority: if a council has changed a form, a fee or a servicing rule, tell us which page and we'll review it.
Please note we can't give advice on your specific system by email - we're a guide site, not a licensed plumber or wastewater consultant. For anything urgent on your own property, request a quote from accredited locals or call your council's plumbing or environmental health team.
Operators: get enquiries
If you're an accredited septic or AWTS operator - installer, service agent, pump-out contractor or inspector - and you'd like to receive quote requests from your service area, email hello@septichelp.com.au with:
- your business name and the areas you cover;
- your licence or accreditation details (state licence number, and manufacturer accreditations for AWTS servicing);
- the services you offer - installs, servicing, pump-outs, repairs, inspections.
We verify licensing before passing any enquiry to an operator, and enquiries work on referral fees - see how we make money. Registering never buys placement in our editorial guides, and we never publish operator names or contact details on the site.
