Please note we can't give advice on your specific system by email — we're a guide site, not a licensed plumber or wastewater consultant. For anything urgent on your own property, request quotes from accredited locals or call your council's plumbing or environmental health team.
Operators: get listed
If you're an accredited septic or AWTS operator — installer, service agent, pump-out contractor or inspector — and you'd like to appear in our state directories or receive quote requests from your service area, email hello@septichelp.com.au with:
- your business name and the areas you cover;
- your licence or accreditation details (state licence number, and manufacturer accreditations for AWTS servicing);
- the services you offer — installs, servicing, pump-outs, repairs, inspections.
